WHO: Anyone wishing to complete or PR Fall/Winter races including: Run for the Water 10 miler, Turkey Trot, Decker Challenge Half, 3M Half and the Austin Marathon Half Marathon. Beginner friendly!! 

WHAT: Join Coach Erin group workouts including: Tuesday evening Core & Flexibility Workouts, Track Practice, and weekly Long Runs. Athletes will work on speed and endurance, form and drills to successfully complete the races of choice. Tips on nutrition an hydration, foot wear and apparel is included. 

WHEN & WHERE: Workouts are held on the following schedule:

Tuesday's - Core-Ture Class which includes Ab/Glute Conditioning and Flexibility for Runners. 6:30 PM at Fleet Feet Austin.  Bring water, towel and yoga matt.  Pre or Post short run encouraged. 

Wednesday's - Track workouts alternating weeks between Austin High School Track at 6:15 AM.

Saturday's - Long runs will vary in meeting location. Check schedule weekly. Distance will vary according to upcoming race and YOUR individual program. Most long run's will start at 8:00 AM.

HOW DOES ONLINE COACHING WORK? You will be given a Free Training Peaks account which your workouts will be loaded into weekly. After your workout you load in your results, Coach reads the data and helps with any questions or suggestions. Most workouts will be on your own. Running with friends or others in the group is allowed as long as you follow your plans for the day. Training Peaks can be loaded to your phone, iPad or home computer.

HOW MUCH: Choose your A Race. Additional races prior to your "A" race will be added into your personal program if desired. 

Couch to Turkey Trot Program- 6WK program. Beginner based 0 to 5 miles. Starts 10/15/18. - $90.00

Decker Challenge Half Program - 8WK program. Runner needs to be able to run 5K prior to starting this program. Starts 10/15/18  - $120.00

3M Program - 14WK program. Can include Decker Challenge Half if runner can run 5K prior to starting program. Starts 10/15/18. - $210.00

Austin Half Marathon Program- 15WK program. Can include 3M Half. Starts 11/5/18 - $225.00

Can add additional weeks to the front or end of any program for $12 per week. 

ADDITIONAL INFO: It is strongly encouraged to run with a GPS style watch, and Heart Rate Monitor. Bring your own hydration to weekday runs.
